BurstDX empowers users with simple, accurate diagnostics at the point of need. Our capillary-driven immunoassay (CaDI) will enable a rapid, saliva-based strep test with future applications across human health, food safety, and other industries. CaDI integrates all ELISA functionalities into a user-friendly device resembling a lateral flow assay. Paired with a low-cost chemiluminescence reader, CaDI enhances sensitivity and enables quantification.
